At JEM Collective, in partnership with Dr. Moleski and Dr. Ghessi, we pride ourselves on our extensive expertise in aesthetic services and functional wellness. Jemika Sivak, FNP-BC brings with her a vast knowledge from Emergency Medicine for the last 7 years as a Registered Nurse. She joined the Aesthetic world back in 2021 when she completed schooling and became licensed in Esthetics. She is now a board certified nurse practitioner that has trained with several experts including Merz Aesthetics, Dr. Lee Walker, Revance, American Academy of Facial Esthetics  and American Medical Expert Trainers.  She is a member of the American MedSpa Association and is an Aesthetic Mentor for the JustGlo Network. Furthermore she has trained several providers including Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers and Nurses in Aesthetic Medicine. This has increased her expertise in aesthetic procedures such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, collagen stimulation, PRF/PRP and more. Jemika has also trained in functional medicine through the Elite Nurse Practitioner and  the Institute of Functional Medicine. Specializing in thyroid optimization, gut health, women's health and weight loss. She is actively pursuing her Doctorate while completing her certification in functional medicine.  She creates a customized personal experience for each of her patients.
